My passion for health & fitness began 8 years ago as I was searching for a way to establish more consistency with a healthy lifestyle and an improved relationship with myself. I fell in love with strength training and nutrition but still felt the core foundation and relationship with my body could be stronger. It wasn’t until I began a mindfulness and meditation practice that I truly felt the pieces come together and established a deeper understanding and unconditional love for myself. This is my wish for you.

I have several years of experience as a health and nutrition coach and specialize in fitness programming and holistic health and nutrition coaching. My approach is to examine your nutrition, sleep, stress and behaviors to help you establish healthier habits for your physical and mental wellbeing. Through this we’ll gain control, or become more accepting with the lack of control, of the world around us where we’re faced with the stressors of everyday life and quick, addictive foods everywhere we look. This proves to be very successful with my clients for a variety of goals: improving food relationship, bettering aesthetics + physical fitness, developing a deeper relationship with self, etc. I will meet you where you are in your journey and customize a plan for you to win today, tomorrow and for the rest of your life.
