The duration of our nutrition coaching program varies depending on the individual's needs and goals. While a few may require short-term guidance (1-3 months) to address specific concerns, most benefit from longer-term (3 months +) support to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes.

How often will we have coaching sessions?
Typically, coaching sessions occur once a week to ensure consistent guidance and progress. We understand communication and support are key to your success so we can be flexible and schedule sessions more frequently if desired.
Additionally, we encourage open communication outside of scheduled coaching sessions. You’re welcome to reach us via-email or other agreed-upon means if you have questions, need clarification, or require extra support between sessions.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand unexpected circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule a coaching or personal training session. To provide a smooth and accommodating experience, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Personal training session: Any cancellation within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the session. We offer free rescheduling within the same week of your originally scheduled training session. If you need to reschedule due to a conflict, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your request and find a mutually agreeable alternative time slot.
Nutrition Coaching Check-Ins: If you need to cancel or reschedule your check-in, we kindly request your provide us with at least a 24 hours’ notice. In the event of a cancellation with appropriate notice, we will work with you to reschedule the session at a more convenient time.
